2023 Season Updates!
Welcome to the Thairific Food Truck - Coming to a Location Near You!
In 2022, we were able to launch the Thairific Food Truck all thanks to the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) and Trenval in Belleville. These great organizations that support small business helped Chana make her dream come true.
Venture Food Trucks in Napanee (aka Willie Dog!) continued to work with us over the 2022 season to address any issues we encountered and provided exceptional customer service.
So here we are in 2023 as we launch the truck for another fun filled season! We will be back at some of our usual locations like Meyers Creek Brewing in Belleville as well as participating in new festivals and new locations throughout the season.
Something to watch out for is our new partnership with the Belleville General Hospital Foundation this year. Over the season, we will be hosting BGHF Days - and on these days, we will be donating all proceeds from Deep Fried Spring Rolls to BGHF. So we hope that you will come out and support those days - watch the What's Happening section below for daily locations and BGHF Days!

Our past locations have included London International Food Festival, London Home County, Orangeville Blues and Jazz, Southside Shuffle, Belleville Waterfront Festival, Belleville Family Fun Day and MacKinnon Brothers Brewing Company Back to the Farm Festival! Personal Chef
Chef Chana provides more than just great Thai food. Watch as she prepares your dishes from scratch and before your eyes. Want to know how she is preparing something? Ask as I am sure she will share! Of course with any good meal comes stories. And Chef Chana loves to talk about her journeys in life and how she came to Canada. Her stories are as good as her food!!
Weddings, Memorials or Other Events
As Thairific has grown, so have the services that we can offer. We have done wedding receptions, family reunions and celebrations of life. Why not consider a Thai menu for your next major event where you can experience a different and great menu! Operating a local Brewery or Winery - inquire about having our truck on location over the 2023 season.
Traditional Thai Food
All of the thai food prepared by Chef Chana is done so in the exact same fashion as she was taught by her parents and grand parents. Adjusted only to meet the North American palate for heat, it is original Thai. With most of her recipes showcasing Central Thailand cuisine, she does do some Northeastern dishes as well. Chef Chana loves to experiment and has created some great fusion foods, where East meets West. Sliders done with a spicy lemongrass tomato sauce. Curry Puffs stuffed with local cheese. What Thai dish inspires you today?
Pad Thai
One of our festival favourites , this is a traditional stir-fried rice noodle dish that contains tofu, bean sprout, chives, shallots, eggs and home-made Pad Thai sauce. Add some crushed peanuts! This is NOT a hot dish but you can spice it up — just add some true Traditional Thai Sriracha sauce!
Street Style
Street style contains no meat, just tofu. This is one of our two festival favourites.
Chicken
Cubed chicken breast is added to the Street Style in place of the tofu. This is our other festival favourite.
Shrimp
Shrimp is added to the Street Style in place of the tofu.
Salad and Soup
From Mango Salad to Tom Yum Soup, these are sure to satisfy your cravings!
Mango Salad
This is a traditional Thai salad that has fresh crunchy mango, red and green peppers, onion, cilantro and mint! Tossed in a light fish sauce for dressing. For a little heat add some crushed Thai chilies! A very refreshing option.
Chicken Tom Yum Soup
An original blend of lemongrass, galangal, lime juice, lime leaves broth with mushroom, fresh chilli, cilantro and chicken.
Tom Kha Soup (Coconut Milk Soup)
A flavor blends of galangal, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaf, lime juice, variety of mushrooms, cilantro, tomato, chicken in coconut milk broth.
Wok Stir Fry
Try one of our tasty wok stir fried dishes!
Beef Waterfall
Thinly sliced grilled beef, ground roasted rice, green onion, red onion, mint, roasted chili, fish sauce and lime juice.
Pad See Ew
Thinly sliced pork or chicken that is stirred fried with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, garlic, broad rice noodles, Chinese broccoli and egg.
Cashew Nut Stir Fry
Delicious stir-fried chicken, onion, red and green pepper, palm sugar, chilies in an oyster sauce topped with cashew nuts.

Thai Style Pork BBQ
This is a traditional Thai street food dish which makes a great snack. The pork is marinated and skewered then grilled to perfection! A semi-sweet flavor with a hint of pepper and other Thai spices! A chicken version is also available.
